ProShopUSA’s annual Program participation and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of ProShopUSA. At its sole discretion, ProShopUSA has the right to modify, add or delete any of the Program rules, terms, conditions, benefits or rewards, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.

The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time ProShopUSA, in its sole discretion, elects to designate a Program termination date. ProShopUSA has the right to end the Program at any time without providing written notice to you.

Modification of these terms and conditions may only be made in writing by an authorized representative of ProShopUSA. All interpretations of Program terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of ProShopUSA and such interpretations are binding on you.

Participants must be at least 13 years of age and must have a United States address. Participation in the Program is void if prohibited by law in the jurisdiction in which the prospective participant resides. For purposes of the Privacy Policy and the Frequent Buyer Card Program Terms and Conditions, “ProShopUSA” shall include Kspecials Sporting Goods, Golf and Events, as applicable.
